I’m Adriana Hernandez, M.S., SLP, a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience specializing in adult communication and swallowing disorders. Throughout my career, I have provided care across a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities.
I earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida International University in 2015, and since then, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals regain their communication and swallowing abilities. I specialize in assessing and treating a variety of neurogenic disorders including aphasia, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, dysphagia, dementia, and cognitive-communication impairments resulting from stroke, brain injury, and other neurological conditions. I support patients across all levels of severity—from recent diagnoses to individuals with complex, long-term needs.
I am deeply passionate about helping each person regain independence and reach their fullest potential. My therapy approach is rooted in functional, person-centered care, focused on achieving meaningful, real-world outcomes that improve everyday life. I offer both in-person and telehealth services and hold active licenses to practice in Florida and California.
